Its a beautiful place in the middle of the jungle. Nice property where you can see lot of birds( parrots, toucans, hummingbirds) and butterflies… Everything is very nice and clean like new and the facilities are just great. Host are very nice and friendly they can provide night tour which was superb you can see lot of animals frogs, spiders, snakes.. Cant wait to visit again!!

My girlfriend and me had three wonderful days here. This cute little hut is located right in the cozy village of Doz Brazos. Nature is all around around you: If you like that (and don’t mind seeing one or the other bug), you’ll love this place. Animals we saw and heard were chickens, cows, lots of cute dogs and even a Tucan in the distance! And regularly, some hummingbirds visited us while we had breakfast on the terrace. The house itself has a kitchen and a semi-open structure. The walls for example don’t go all the way up, which probably helped the airflow & was the reason why we could sleep without a fan. There were fans in our bedroom & the main room. Our bedroom was lockable from the inside, the other bedroom had a curtain instead of a door, but that would’ve been fine for us as well. Honestly speaking, we were a bit skeptical upon our arrival. But this skepticism quickly went away due to these factors: First of all, because of our hosts. The family lives right next to the hut and was super welcoming, nice and helpful. During our first breakfast, they even brought us a nice welcoming snack! With all the kindness, they still left us plenty of privacy. Another reason were our temporary “flatmates“, another couple that came for a day and moved into the room with the curtain. They were very kind as well & we had some nice conversations on the terrace. Last but definitely not least is the initial reason why we booked this place: Access to the Bolita rainforest trails. Since the owners work at the Bolita rainforest hostel, free access (without any guides) to these beautiful hiking trails through the jungle was granted. Though I imagine, we would’ve seen more animals if we had an Costa Rican with eagle eyes with us! Luckily, Carlos, one of the owners, offers guidance (only Spanish though). Very soon, we felt very comfortable and happy to be in such a remote, authentic & beautiful place (just check out the garden photos!) with so many nice people.

YEJOS Jungle Lodge se află în Dos Brazos și include o piscină în aer liber sezonieră, o grădină, un lounge comun și o terasă. Această proprietate include room-service, precum și un restaurant. The owner Josh is a super-kind American dude who is always ready to help or advise. Great time and adventures partly with local guides we had at Dos Brazos.

Surá House Corcovado Habitación Big se află în Puerto Jiménez, la 2,3 km de Plaja Tigre, și pune la dispoziție WiFi gratuit și parcare privată gratuită. I was already greeted by a woman when I arrived there. She explained everything important to me and offered me to contact her at any time if I had any questions. I was able to leave my luggage at the accommodation during my stay in Corcovado National Park and when I came back with completely wet and dirty clothes, the lady even offered to wash the clothes for free, which I really appreciated. Thank you again at this point. The accommodation has everything you could wish for :)

Los Mineros Guesthouse se află în Dos Brazos și pune la dispoziție o grădină. Această proprietate include o bucătărie comună, precum și un restaurant. The history of the place is amazing: a gold rush time village bar, that used to have also a brothel and jail (now restroom and shower). Suzanne has created a very cozy place with a wide common area and different sorts of accommodations. It was fun talking and sharing experiences with her aswell as other visitors. The place has a nice wibe and Blue Morpho butterflies flying in the yard. We went on Matapalo and night tours with Shanny - they were both a great experience.

Corcovado Guide House se găsește în Barrigones și are o grădină. La proprietate există o terasă, iar oaspeții au la dispoziție WiFi gratuit și parcare privată gratuită. Bienvendidos is the word! The host is super friendly and so it felt as if we where visiting friends. The room is spacecious and good facilities. Everything you need to make you feel at home! Lovely hammock in the living room :D Don't hesitate.. Just go!

The family that owns El Manantial is amazing. Super friendly and sweet. Accommodations were clean, nice, comfortable, and had all ammenities.
