Pingyao Jiaxin Guesthouse biedt kamers met een traditioneel Chinese inrichting. U wandelt in slechts 4 minuten naar het treinstation van Pingyao. In de hele accommodatie is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. The staff was so kind and happy all the time, they helped me a lot and they speak English, which is pretty rare in China, even in some hotels. They gave me a map and recommended some places, also asked a taxi for me for the next day that I had my train to Beijing in the morning. The shared dorm was clean, had shampoo, air conditioner, clean sheets, futon, and pillow. Also curtains for privacy. I enjoyed my stay a lot. They even gave me a little souvenir on my way out and free water. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Amazing price and just five minutes walking from North Gate of the old city. Supermarket right on the corner.

Het Pingyao Harmony Hotel serveert Chinese en westerse gerechten en beschikt over goed ingerichte kamers en eenvoudige slaapzalen. The staff is exceptional, their english is great. We had lunch and breakfast there, both were delicious.

Pingyao Baichanghong Hotel ligt net naast het Xietongqing Unincorporated Bank Museum. Beautiful accommodation at the centre of ancient city of Pingyao in the bustling South Street. The owner and staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They picked us up from the station and brought us to Ancient City (cars are not allowed inside) and also brought us on the day of departure, both for very reasonable fees, because we were with 5, too many for a taxi. The hotel and rooms were in a traditional style, allowing for great pictures.The beds and cushions were very comfortable for us. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small room, but it wasn't bothersome.The owner knows the nearby shops and good spots to go to, definitely ask for tips. We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in Pingyao a lot, definitely recommended.

Pingyao Jintaisheng Hotel is gehuisvest op een 400 jaar oude binnenplaats, gebouwd in de Qing-dynastie. We booked this hotel because we wanted to experience what it was like in China 400 years ago. The hotel is away from the busy main street but walking distance. The hotel is clean, staff attentive. The bed is very comfortable.
