We absolutely do not regret choosing a hotel, everything was just great. The location is amazing, close to the city center and to the entrance to the park, every morning Rebecca drove us by car where we needed, helped us understand everything, both in buying tickets and in the use of public transport. The hostess and her family are just wonderful, responsive, cheerful, helped to solve all issues. Thanks to them, our vacation was easy and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was the most amazing vacation! Location is perfect just 10 min walk to the southeast gate to zhangjiajie national Park. So friendly staff!

In the Wu Lingyuan district of Zhangjiajie, close to Zixia Taoist Temple, All Seasons Lodge has a shared lounge and a washing machine. Location is great and central. Walking distance to many restaurants and the river/bridge. Only 5 mins taxi to the East entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. We got a complimentary upgrade and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay is the host himself Mr. Chen. He gave us recommendations on the itinerary and helped us book all the tickets to the parks. Extremely helpful, kind and generous. Highly recommended place to stay!!

Room was very clean, the staff are very friendly and helped me plan part of my Zhangjiajie trip! The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the East Entrance to the park so it's easy to get to.

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. The most important are the people who run this hotel, especially young and future owner David. They helped me a lot, bought tickets to many attractions, booked train tickets and taxis. I recommend this Inn to all travellers.

Mountain View Guesthouse offers free WiFi throughout the property and rooms with air conditioning in Zhangjiajie. Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

Set within 20 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and a few steps of Zixia Taoist Temple, Zhangjiajie One Art Guesthouse offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Zhangjiajie. The shopkeeper is the most friendly and helpful person in history. He helped me book a ticket to the forest park and provided me with a detailed route and map (without it, I would get lost). After checking out, I can leave my luggage at the reception desk for a few hours, and he also helped me arrange transportation to the next hotel. The room is really clean and beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt very popular during my stay. I will recommend this hotel to anyone!

云起山居庭院观景民宿 features accommodation in Fenghuang. The property has mountain and city views. The guest house features family rooms. My room was big, cozy and clean, the view was really nice and the host was great, she gave me a lot of tips to visit the city and she also helped to sort out my transportation for my following destination. Really recommended❤️
