The location is amazing, close to the city center and to the entrance to the park, every morning Rebecca drove us by car where we needed, helped us understand everything, both in buying tickets and in the use of public transport. The hostess and her family are just wonderful, responsive, cheerful, helped to solve all issues. Thanks to them, our vacation was easy and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was the most amazing vacation! He gave us recommendations on the itinerary and helped us book all the tickets to the parks. Extremely helpful, kind and generous. Highly recommended place to stay!!

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn hanya berjarak 20 menit berkendara dari Bandara Zhangjiajie. Akses Wi-Fi gratis tersedia di semua kamar. The most important are the people who run this hotel, especially young and future owner David. They helped me a lot, bought tickets to many attractions, booked train tickets and taxis. I recommend this Inn to all travellers.

One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

The shopkeeper is the most friendly and helpful person in history. He helped me book a ticket to the forest park and provided me with a detailed route and map (without it, I would get lost). After checking out, I can leave my luggage at the reception desk for a few hours, and he also helped me arrange transportation to the next hotel. The room is really clean and beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt very popular during my stay. I will recommend this hotel to anyone!

云起山居庭院观景民宿 menawarkan kamar di Fenghuang. Beberapa kamar di akomodasi memiliki patio dengan pemandangan gunung. My room was big, cozy and clean, the view was really nice and the host was great, she gave me a lot of tips to visit the city and she also helped to sort out my transportation for my following destination. Really recommended❤️
