The hostel has great location, right in the middle of an old town (touristy area). The design of the hostel and each room is unique and nice. You feel like entering into the olden day. Room is nicely decorated too with fluffy bedding etc. It comes with garden and tea drinking place that make you feel zen. The staff is exceptionally helpful with our luggages, queries etc. You will be provided welcome snacks and tea too. Pretty much like every bit of it. Worth the value you paid for. (Lots of eatery around the hostel too, check them out).
Great location--nice access to the pedestrian walking area, and yet quiet and clean. Great view once from the higher floors. Too bad the swimming pool was not open even it was 32 C outside.
the location is just 5 mins to the high speed railways station and is very quiet area.\ there is free/ compliment pick up/ drop off car service the owner booked for you to transfer in/to from the hostel to railways station. it's valuable/competitive rate comparing with other nearby hotels.
Quiet location. Hostess was extremely friendly and helpful helpful with sightseeing recommendations, and she even ordered breakfast based on our preferences. She was also solicitous and very responsive to any of our requests. The rooms are clean with brand new interiors. The bathroom is clean and spacious. This location is ideal if you have rented a car because parking is easy, and it is away from the noise and congestion in the larger town, while still being minutes from most of the attractions of the island.
The host Kevin helped us plan our arrival and logistics even before we set our feet on Taiwan. Super helpful hosts, a beautiful & simple accommodation in a quieter village with pretty houses and tranquility. It’s 12min with a scooter to Jingcheng so all you need is very close by.
Pleasant stay overall! The room was great as described. Although the location was not really in the city center, it was close to the bus stop and they provided a free airport pickup service. The host was super friendly, helpful, and seemed really enthusiastic in helping us explore Kinmen, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay!
Great location. It is near the harbor so you can go anywhere in matzu from here. The hostel is extremely clean and most of the facilities that you expect to see for a hostel, it is there. The bad is comfortable and big enough for a single solo traveler. There is also a warm public space for talking and the host is friendly and very helpful to provide local information for travel. You can also rent a motorcycle on the spot.

Absolutely wonderful place. A charming, well maintained place with courtyard and various rooms to explore - almost like staying in a museum. The host was superb - helpful and knowledgeable without being intrusive. We were worried about whether the room might be noisy, but we had no complaints whatsoever. There was a large breakfast with various Kinmen dishes, all served in the room of our choosing. The local area is fascinating to wander around in the evening, too. Can't speak highly enough of this stay.
