If I asked him anything, he responded quickly. I felt very safe there and at home. Everything is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Victor and his family live on the premises and there is a main door/gate to access the apartments/rooms. It is also very quite. The TV has many, many stations in English (and I suspect other languages besides Spanish) which was surprising and enjoyable. The in room refrigerator was useful. The large dispenser of bottled water was very helpful for refilling my water bottles. I also boiled water in the kitchen and bought it to my room in a thermos for tea. The bed was very comfortable with good cotton sheets and lots of blankets. There is also a heater and fans available if needed.

I have stayed in over 68 countries, and this place was the best I have ever stayed in. Gloria and Rafael's attention was incredible. They are very kind, always willing to help. The place is magical, with spectacular views of the vineyards. Also at night you see the space lucidly, as I had never seen it before. The room was comfortable, clean and modern, as was the bathroom. Also the breakfast prepared by Gloria was delicious. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay at Casa Ollagua!

Very welcoming staff/host and grounds are very relaxing and comfortable. Short walk to the center of town. They gave some excellent recommendations on what to see and do locally. Would stay again if I return to Vicuña.

The owner helped us by putting our bottle of white wine in her freezer for a While. So it had the right temperature for dinner. She even brought nice wine glasses. Protected area to park the car. Lovely place in the sweet town vicuña. We stayed four days. It is close to the main plaza and all the restaurants. The apartment is perfect for two people. It is very spacious and has a neat interior. We enjoyed it a lot!
