It was perfect for us, since we suddenly found ourselves isolating with Covid. The ingredients for breakfast were brought to the cabin each evening, allowing us to get up, cook, and eat on our own schedule. The kitchen was very well equipped and very functional. The location was very quiet and secluded - perfect for exploring Huerquehue National Park. The host couple was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

This hostel was very central and very quiet. We were 2 blocks from downtown. There were well stocked grocery stores a few blocks away. The kitchen had all you would need to prepare a meal. The owner was kind and very welcoming. Although she spoke very little English, she spoke Spanish slowly enough for us to understand everything she said.
We asked and received a quiet room, even bigger than booked. The desk manager at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Great parking and city centre location.

It was a very good stay in the completly new hostel. Karen was super great host. She was always happy to answer questions and took care of every problem. she even drove me to the City Center. i can 100% recommend this Hostel even if it is a bit of the grid, you will find that it is very nice and comfortable there.
