Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

And a very reasonable price for the region. Just continue. Parking and bus stop, so car is not mandatory from Visp.

This place is a gem. The building and rooms are beautiful . The kitchen is well equipped. The host is very welcoming and happy to chat about things to see / do in the area (if you speak French, otherwise you may need some help from Google translate). And the location, while far from Sion, is close to some good hiking trails along the Bisse d'Ayant or Clavau. For the price, this place is a deal.

Individually furnished in the style of a different artist, such as Van Gogh or Picasso, all accommodation at Artist Apartments & Hotel Garni features a flat-screen cable TV and balcony. Location, view of the Matterhorn from our window, Richard (our host), spacious room with kitchen and all the necessary utensils one would need, facilities! We loved everything about this place!
