Buffet and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, fresh pastries and fruits are available daily at the guest house. Guests can eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch and cocktails. Corina is very friendly and we had a perfect stay at Waldegg. Breakfast was simple and good. We had a 3 course dinner and it was great.

The building and rooms are beautiful . The kitchen is well equipped. The host is very welcoming and happy to chat about things to see / do in the area (if you speak French, otherwise you may need some help from Google translate). And the location, while far from Sion, is close to some good hiking trails along the Bisse d'Ayant or Clavau. For the price, this place is a deal.

The family-run Pension de la Poste was renovated in summer 2017 and is located in quiet surroundings in the Valais village of Zinal, 200 metres from the Sorebois Ski Lift, and offers you Swiss cuisine, free WiFi and free private parking. I had a wonderful stay at Pension de la Poste, would highly recommend. New and very clean rooms, great location, very helpful host and good breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The balcony in each guestroom provides a stunning view of the Matterhorn. Some rooms offer a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area. The owner is the best, he was super helpful and nice. the balcony has a beautiful view and the room is spacious and clean. the value for money is amazing

Peacefully situated, the 3-star-superior Hotel Bettmerhof in Bettmeralp at 1957 metres above sea level offers panoramic Matterhorn views and free WiFi.

All spacious, alpine-style rooms have been renovated in 2014 and feature a balcony. Many of them offer views of the Matterhorn as well. Kids can have fun in the playroom of the hotel. The breakfast was a feast! A buffet of delights with the added plus of a coffee order plus eggs or crepes of my choice. The staff were attentive, efficient and friendly, and the hotel had a lot of really nice little details that I didn't expect. It was wonderful to sit out on the terrace in the warm sun with a drink and a good book. The view was incredible. I really loved Bettmerhof and I am highly recommending it to my family and friends.
