The breakfast was very nice you can pick from a wide range of cheeses and meats witch is quite a change from the standard English breakfast but definitely worth it.perfict scenery with a view of the snowy mountains of Switzerland that you can see from your room on a clear day. Showers are spectacular; nice hot water , very clean, free soap and fresh towels. What more do you want.

There was a big livingroom and a big kitchen with everything you need! Our room was very charming and perfectly clean. Mrs. Breitenmoser is a really great host.

Mäevaatega Landhaus an der Thur asub Alt Sankt Johannis, 300 meetri kaugusel Alt St. Johann-Sellamattist. Iltios-Chaserrugg jääb umbes 2,4 km ja Ruestel 2,6 km kaugusele. Beautiful area, and the property was very nice. Check in could not have been easier. The property owners were so kind and helpful. Overall, I recommend!

Mägede ja mägedega ümbritsetud pereettevõttena tegutsev Hotel Landgasthaus Neues Bild, Eggerstanden asub ajaloolises hoones, Appenzelli kesklinnast 10-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. The hotel was fabulous, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was the best we had in all of Switzerland. If you are into hiking this is the hotel for you. We give our stay two thumbs up!

Adler Hotel asub Appenzelli autovaba keskuse kõrval kaunis traditsioonilises Appenzelli stiilis hoones. Staying here was a fantastic experience. We stayed in the Junior Suite with Mountain View, and it was absolutely remarkable what the proprietor has done with this space. Absolutely the most comfortable and adorable small hotel we have stayed in Switzerland!! The roomy suite had views to the local mountain peaks, and was adorned with a large family-style table & chairs, comfortable furniture including a recliner and a couch, a flat-screen TV, and even a piano with busts of Beethoven and Brahms (I think, anyway). Just couldn't have been cozier!! Excellent breakfast. And it was clear the staff are devoted to the comfort and convenience of their guests. Like helping me carry the pizzas from the (excellent) Italian restaurant up to the room the evening my wife wasn't feeling well, Or making a suggestion to visit a local site we weren't even aware of, but turned out to be fantastic. Thank You Thank You Thank You for a moving and memorable stay in your establishment! We hope to be back someday!!

Doodle's Amazing Chalet - Walensee pakub veespordivahendeid ja mäevaateid. We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was fantastic and views were amazing. The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed with two rooms and big beds, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our sleep every night. We especially enjoyed the pool, my younger son loved spending time in it every day, it was absolutely fantastic addition to our stay. Hosts were always ready to help with anything we needed, Jeff came to meet us as we arrived, showed us around and explained all the facilities available to us. We absolutely loved Doodle's chalet and hopefully would return without hesitation. 5 🌟

Gasthaus Bären Schlatt asub Appenzellis, 18 km kaugusel Olma Messen St. Gallenist. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. Säntis jääb umbes 28 km kaugusele. Absolutely wonderful property. Sensational location, wonderful staff, great food and great room. No praise too high. Deserves 11/10.

Puutumata loodusega ümbritsetud Waldgasthaus Lehmen asub Appenzelli kantonis, Weissbadist 4 km kaugusel. Hotellis on Alpide stiilis toad ja võluv restoraniterrass. We stayed 2 nights beginning of June. If you like traditional places, you should visit Waldgasthaus Lehmen. You would be surrounded by natural forest with a view on Appenzell Alps. One of the most common sound during the day is various bells on cow necks. We were lucky to see how Appenzell farmers bring their cows to the mountains. The farmers have very beautiful cloths! On Saturday we saw a group of farmers, who came in their traditional dresses to Lehmen restaurant and had a few hours of singing and enjoying food. The restaurant is very good, if you like Swiss food. You must be hiking in that region, otherwise food might be too heavy. I had pork steak, pork schnitzel and beef steak with noodles and mushrooms. All dishes were very tasty. You have to try local beer! And Lehmen whisky! Highly recommended! Very nice! Service is impeccable, fast and attentive. All personnel is very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful! I would prefer, if it started at 7 instead of 8… Our room 17 was great, soft pillows, comfy beds, bath, simple but cozy design. The hotel has a playground for kids. Parking is huge.
