Mr. Fritz was very helpful he gave us a lot of good information about the area and what to do there. There was complementary fruit, chocolate and cake upon arrival. The tap water is very fresh.

The hotel service is good, and it is kept clean and comfortable. We booked a balcony room, it has a good view, and the double room is a little smaller, but also good. The location of the hotel is also good, and It's next to the cable car station. Unfortunately, since we went to the Jungfrau, we were not able to have dinner in the hotel. Next time I go to Murren,I will book the hotel again.
