The room and bathroom was very clean. Sabrina welcomed us very warmly. We did not have any problem with check in. There are many brochures about things to do in the area. We enjoyed that it was away from busy areas, very peaceful. We traveled with kids and it was a good place for them as well.

This quietly located guest house is 12 km from Grindelwald village centre. Location unbeatable. On top of the mountain. Perfect for stargazing if night sky is clear but I didn’t go out because I was scared what if I cant open the main gate with the code. But I am sure if I had asked the staff before they went off work, they would have showed. Staff is very helpful. They offered to heat my food for me. i could sit in the restaurant even when I was having my own food. I went on romantic trail and it was beautiful and started right from the property.

The decoration of the hotel was carefully conceived by Ramdane Touhami and his team of designers, from the carpet floors to the wooden beds. the accomodation was cozy, warm and inviting and our room was very spacious with amazing views. the staff went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and well looked after . the attached restaurant served amazing authentic food and we ate there both nights of our stay. there was also a terrace outside where you could sit and really enjoy the surrounding views of the mountain.
