Silence. Extremely hospitable and generous host. Overall, good food in associated restaurant (but entrecote steak was, frankly, "chewy" for the most part). Spacious apartment with its own private garden area ... extremely well equipped (own Vaillant boiler in bathroom). Quality of sleep in lovely, extra large bed was without comparison ! Overall: very well appointed 2-bedroom flat. Would I return ? Yes, definitely !

Good communication with host, clear arrival and self check in (lockbox) instructions, spacious room, clean, well equipped (full kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer, etc). Really quiet even though it's near the airport and my room faced the street. 15-20 minutes by bus from city center/central railway station, 5 minutes and a short walk by bus to the airport or 35 minutes just by comfortably walking to departures on sidewalks.
Exactly what you can expect from a great hostel; functional and clean. Breakfast better than expected. Great location and quiet. Recommended!

Lovely nice house, furnished with taste, parking in front of the entrance. We occupied the entire second floor, the rooms are equipped with everything you need, very quiet area, 15 minutes walk to the city center. Very friendly and attentive hosts. Lovely breakfast in lovely setting.

Fantastic breakfast (bacon & egg), homemade cake and jams, etc. The room is large, very comfortable and quiet. We had all the top floor of the house to ourselves. Michel is a great host and Tournai is a very interesting town.
We spent our first night and our last night in belgium at Château Lambert and found exactly what we where looking for. Somthing a little bit different. Philip is a great host and a great person. The place was very clean and quiet and we had a great time. will come a gain when we will visit belgium again.
A lovely big apartment with 2 bedrooms and lots of space. Amazing character and a unique stay. Location is opposite a petrol station which sells amenities and a big shop is just a 2 min walk away. Great location, nice and quiet and the apartment is lovely and warm. Stairs are a little steep but you get used to them. Overall a greag stay, and the host is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
