The guest house is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave and there is a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. This guest house is non-smoking and soundproof. The Maison is an old "hotel particulier" - think of the town residence of a wealthy family from a couple of hundred years ago - and has been restored with that in mind. The rooms are decently large and well-appointed, quiet and tastefully decorated in tune with the age of the house. It's not trendy, but it is delightful. The bed was huge, soft and comfortable, and we could sleep really well, especially since each room has a very quiet but effective air conditioning unit. The owner has not scrimped at all; the bathroom is huge, with both a full bath and a separate shower, two washbasins, marble (?) walls and floors, and soft towels. Even the tooth-mugs are of impressively heavy glass. For a night, we were the guests in a stately home.

Silence. Extremely hospitable and generous host. Overall, good food in associated restaurant (but entrecote steak was, frankly, "chewy" for the most part). Spacious apartment with its own private garden area ... extremely well equipped (own Vaillant boiler in bathroom). Quality of sleep in lovely, extra large bed was without comparison ! Overall: very well appointed 2-bedroom flat. Would I return ? Yes, definitely !

Sonia and Majorie were great host. The Room was clean and comfy. Loved the free fruits and the horses in the field next to the property. Great location to visit Pairi Daiza from. All in all great value for money.
Cosy studio apartment, with everything you need. It's just outside the city centre, and because it's not directly on the streets, it's private and quiet. There's a large supermarket across the street and so are several bus and tram stops to get around. And Cedric is a welcoming and accommodating host.
Literally brand new appartement. Very clean and tidy. Great location as restaurants are close by. there's a little park nearby as well. Room was nice and quiet and lots of room and space. Host was quick to respond to any queries we had. Has a little kitchenette as well and there's a supermarket within walking distance, so has everything you need.
Our host met us, although we were later than planned, we were shown around the accommodation (which was immaculate throughout). We were provided with some delicious Apple Juice. The car was securely parked behind a metal gate and the garden was delightful, very peaceful. Great location and a lovely village market on the Sunday Morning. Absolutely charming would be great for another visit and a longer stay. 20 mins to the excellent public transport network at Les Pres, Lille, with great parking.
We liked everything. The house was in a very quiet and peaceful village. It was perfect to disconnect and very near to the zoo which we loved. Geoffrey is a great host and the breakfasts were lovely hand delivered baskets!
Quirky B&B, interesting decor, great host in Michael, parking okay and quiet area. Michael advised us of good restaurant nearby and it did not disappoint.
Was met by a very friendly host, given a small gift on arrival. Perfectly quiet, was able to park right next to the accommodation. Very clean and quaint. Hot, clean and powerful shower. Overall, very nice.
Very nice boutique style hotel with well appointed rooms at a reasonable price. The hostess is charming and the breakfast sets you up well for adventures around Chimay. We took our road bikes and the hotel has storage but the parking is hidden within the grounds so we left ours secured to the roof rack
We had a great time at the place of Veronique. She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The place itself is really charming, the house, the room and the whole area around. If you are looking for sth quiet, close to the nature and inspiring place to stay, you should choose this one!
