We came from America to this little town and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of our stay here. The manager was very attentive and made us feel right at home. The couple who handled the restaurant also gave us excellent service. The place was clean and very functional. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return to Nadora's Rest the next time we visit Kirkwood! Thank you for the lovely experience!

The property was secured. The pool was lovely. The secret garden was really wonderful. We enjoyed having our tea and listening to the birds sing.

The location was perfect to explore Addo and other places of interest. Loved exploring the fruit orchards on this farm .Beautiful rooms, immaculate gardens, plenty bird life and 2 gorgeous dogs to welcome us

The staff were very accommodating to set us up as a family in one room. The food at the guesthouse was great and it's a great location to get to Addo Elephant Park.
Comfortable cottage with river view in a beautiful environment to totally unwind. Located on a reasonable distance from Addo NP. Sophia is a great host, please do try the meals that are provided. We loved the malva cake.
Sophia is a great host. The breakfast and the safari tour was great. You should definitely add this when you visit Sophia. It is such a peaceful place at the Addo river.
The cottage is rustic, clean, quaint and comfortable. The outside braai area had light and the hearth was wonderful to stand next to. The night sky and stars were incredible. Seeing the 3 giraffe and the buck both evenings was an unexpected treat. The quietness was wonderful to experience.

Sophia is a great host!! She really cares about her guests and helps wherever she can. The pool is really nice and warm and the opportunity to use a kayak from the lodge for free is a great add on!
The breakfast was nice and the room had very nice furniture.
Peace and quiet private garden with the Sunday's river on our doorstep and dedicated kayak pefect to view the abundance of birds. Our host made us feel very welcome. Thank you Sophia and staff!
