What a beautiful place, the accommodation is gorgeous and the hosts are brilliant Thank you Rian and Alan for our amazing trip to Addo. Rian arranged a day safari with the most wonderful prepared Braai and Alan spent the day with us going out of his way to show us as many animals as possible. We stayed in the two bed Cottage which was so beautiful with views over the plantation from the deck, the cottage was spotless and had everything that you could need and loads more. Rian prepared a beautiful meal for us on our arrival (this has to be prearranged) the food was so beautiful and fresh.

If you want to visit Addo National Park and have a comfortable place to stay after a long day, this is the place for you!
The house we stayed in was super spacious and had all the details for a perfect stay. Kitchen utensils, complimentary water, a nice lounge. Plus everything was super clean.
We were there in winter and you have everything you need to stay warm. Air conditioning and even electric blankets on all the beds!
Special mention to Kyla, our host, who is super nice and also recommended us a very good restaurant for dinner near the guest house.
If we come back to Addo we would repeat at Silos Guest House for sure!

Sophia is a great host. The breakfast and the safari tour was great. You should definitely add this when you visit Sophia. It is such a peaceful place at the Addo river.
The cottage is rustic, clean, quaint and comfortable. The outside braai area had light and the hearth was wonderful to stand next to. The night sky and stars were incredible. Seeing the 3 giraffe and the buck both evenings was an unexpected treat. The quietness was wonderful to experience.

Sophia is a great host!! She really cares about her guests and helps wherever she can. The pool is really nice and warm and the opportunity to use a kayak from the lodge for free is a great add on!
The breakfast was nice and the room had very nice furniture.
Peace and quiet private garden with the Sunday's river on our doorstep and dedicated kayak pefect to view the abundance of birds. Our host made us feel very welcome. Thank you Sophia and staff!
