We stayed in the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely amazing! 🏖️ The room was incredibly spacious, with panoramic windows offering breathtaking views of the ocean — we even spotted whales! 🐋 Complimentary wine and a fully stocked minibar, along with a coffee machine, snacks, and fresh fruits, added a luxurious touch. The suite also featured a steam room and jacuzzi, which were fantastic for relaxing.
The warm welcome with coffee and juices set the tone for a great stay ☕🧃. Breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order omelets or eggs and a delicious buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. 🙌
The location was perfect — all the best restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s an oceanfront trail ideal for walks and runs with stunning views 🌊🏃♂️.

The accomodation was sensational. Celia and her team run a great operation and pay attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble and we found the experience perfect. The rooms were well thought out and none adjoined another, having a lounge/library inbetween, that eradicates any potential noise. Celia was a warm, knowledgeable, personable and professional host.

I looked at the previous reviews and everyone rated the breakfast highly, which made me curious... Upon tasting the breakfast, I agree with the other reviews lol, the breakfast was amazing. Steven is a great host, and the room was comfy with modern finishes. The guesthouse was walking distance from all places one would wish to visit and I could see how the pool area would be desirable in summer.
Host were very accommodating and helpful , I have never been to a guest house that is so well organized , everything was labeled , neat and clean , clear instructions on how everything works . Best was the spice rake was fully stocked , they gave us fresh fruit and rusks , The hot tub was relaxing !!! it was amazing .!!!! 1000% value for money.
I will def be back again , think i found my preferred guest house .
We really enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse. It is located in a quiet place but very close to the town centre and with a shortcut access to the famous cliff path. Stefan and Nikki are very welcoming hosts and helped us a lot with valuable recommendations on how to spend time.
The room has new equipment and is very comfortable. We were there in hot time, but there was always fresh wind from the ocean in the night.
Also, very delicious breakfast with generous portions. Definitely recommend this place!
Exceptionally friendly hosts Natascha and Devon. Great breakfast with multiple fresh fruits, egg choices, fresh yoghurts and cereals. All blessed by a great ocean view. Welcome mini bar in room, airco properly working for hot days, little things taken care of and deliciously smelling fynbos soap & lotion. Gated parking at the guesthouse, a few minutes walking from the center.
Very nice guest house: large room with beautiful bathroom and little private garden. The hosts are very nice and during our stay they gave us great recommendations for things to do in Hermanus and in the area, including restaurants, activities and excursions. The guest house is nicely located within walking distance from the ocean front as well as Hermanus city center so it was perfect for our short weekend stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with sweet and savory options freshly prepared upon request!
Such a warm and gentle hostess. Very quiet and thus perfect for relaxation. A beautiful pool area and friendly atmosphere. The house is located away from the hectic city centre which can still be reached in walking distance in a short time and wonderful walk along the coast.
Great location. Seaview, lock up and go unit, with parking available onsite, with a private entry to the unit and a private braai area too. Unit was neat, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach within walking distance. Bird lovers paradise and gorgeous sunrise views. Great hosts who were very responsive and warmly welcomed us .
