This is a fantastic property to base yourself from and explore Kailua/kona and surrounding areas. The hosts have very thoughtfully kitted out and prepared the accommodation. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is spacious, the kitchen area pretty well kitted out, and has a comfortable lounge area.
If you’re looking to prepare lots of your own meals, know that this property doesn’t have an oven and only a single ring hob, toaster plus microwave.
Also if you’re looking for panoramic views from a balcony or similar, this cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood just a short hop from Ali’i drive and you’d have to pay substantially more for those kind of views.
The hosts were super responsive to mail questions and all in all I’d highly recommend this cottage.

Great location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our apartmenr was off the main road so lovely and quiet. We enjoyed using the pool and spa.
Our stay at Hale Hualalai was truly magical! It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Ricky is such a great host and the breakfast is out of this world!

There was breakfast (coffee and cereal bars) with fresh fruits. The staff is very friendly. I like the location and they were very clear about the directions, which were provided by email.
Many Uber and Lift may complain about carrying you up there. Just be aware and ask the host about some trusted taxi contact
The house is giant! Well decorated, clean, quiet, amazing view, everything was perfect.

Great location close to town with beautiful sunset views. The place has all the amenities one could want in a condo. Workout room is limited so if one really wants to workout, consider a nearby gym. Curtains in living room only covered half of the sliding glass door, which did not allow for privacy at night which is my only complaint. Other than than, wonderful place. It was quiet and cozy and the host was available for any questions.
Perfect spot, quiet place, great location. The pool is fantastic. The apartment have everything you need. Indar is a great host and will always make sure you are okay. We would come back Anytime and we can really recommend this place.
