Absolutely gorgeous place. Very beauliful, very comfortable. Very nice and helpful stuff.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The room was perfect and the property had a huge garden that was very peaceful to wake up to. Nice and quiet area and very friendly host. Breakfast was great too. Will def stay again
Karibu Africa Home is a lovely homestay in the outskirts of Moshi. The place is located in a residentail area within walking distance (a bit of a walk, though) from the city center. There a re a few nice restaurant closeby. Our room was huge and pretty cosy. The bathroom was very basic.
The breakfast was one of the best we got in Tanzania. Lovely coffee, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits etc. In overall, the price-value was excellent.
Zack was an excellent host who was very friendly, accommodating and helped to organise excursions.
During our visit the accomodation was quiet and relaxing.
the breakfast each morning was delicious, s was the dinner option.
Had it not been cloudy, the view of Kilimanjaro would have been spectacular.
We had an excellent stay at MKoani. Dee, our host was very welcoming and helpful at proposing activities and restaurants. The home stay was in a quiet neighbourhood a bit outside the hustle bustle of the town. There are several restaurants at walking distance in the neighbourhood. Special thanks to Muddy who drove us around to visit the waterfall, coffee village and the hot spring. He was very helpful around town as well. We also had our clothes washed for a very cheap price. Oh forgot to mention the yummy vegan breakfast Dee had us prepared.
Best Hostel. Great breakfast, very friendly staff, close to everything, nice guests and very good (and cheap) food! Laundry service available too. When I come to Moshi again, I‘ll stay here :)
Beautiful guesthouse, lovely helpful staff, tasty food. I cant imagine a more lovely place to stay, it's even nicer than the photos show. Setting is in a quiet jungle village away from noise and dust.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It's located in a clean, quiet, suburban area of Moshi. There are a number of restaurants nearby. It's only a 7 minute Bajaj ride into town (3000 TZS). Walter is a great host. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We had a lovely cooked breakfast prepared for us every day and the entire place is spotlessly clean. If you're looking for somewhere outside the craziness of Moshi, we'd definitely recommend staying here!
Property had everything you need. Room was clean, comfortable with en-suite and toiletries provided. Breakfast was exceptional and personally prepared by Far. Far is a great host and can arrange anything for you: taxis, tours, services and local facilities.
A little out of town but in a quiet area and only a short ride to anywhere.
Wi-Fi was via hot spot due to some current problems with internet provider.
Thank you Far for a great stay and for welcoming us to your family village. A very special experience.
Virtually unlimited coffee.Hearty mixed breakfast.
Simba, the host, made me feel supremely welcome, assisted me with helpful phonecalls after my tour initially let me down.Found comfortable nearby accomodation for me when his was booked out and found a cheap reliable taxi for my sudden departure.
Location is walkable distance to the town while providing a quiet retreat away from it at the same time.Really enjoyed my stay here.
