The room was roomy and cool without air-conditioning. Shower was great once you realised that the hot water took a while to cut in. As we were unable to enter the Dinning area we missed the best views.

1000 points, everything great! Naz is an amazing host. Her boutique hotel is in Avanos, ten minutes away by car from Goreme. The bedrooms are huge and precisely as shown in the picture! Her mum cooked bread cheese for breaching and it was delicious. The breakfast tastes great and a lot of food. She is genuinely a unique host. Always on the ball. She handed us a map that showed us the route and places to go. We departed at five in the morning on the day of checkout, and she provided us with sandwiches and juice for the drive! 100% Recommend!

The staff made the time here. The guy who checked me in, didn't catch his name, and the guy, Eren, who was there for the rest of the time I was there went above and beyond to be kind, chatty, and helpful. The room itself was quaint and well stocked and the appliances provided were in good working order and modern. The terrace gave incredible views and the views from the room were just as good. Breakfast is included but I didn't have the opportunity to try it so I can't comment on that.

Nazlim was an amazing host. The stay also had breathtaking views. Although a little far from the city centre there’s a very cheap bus nearby that takes you straight in and is much cheaper than the taxi.
Nazlim helped set up a surprise of champagne and roses whilst I was proposing to my now fiancée on the hot air balloons. She also provided a great recommendation on where to eat some food, we walked there and when it started to rain Nazlim appeared and drove us right to the door.
Kirkit hotel is a wonderful place, created in historic houses with charming furnishings and details. The hosts are extremely welcoming and available to accomodate any request. The location is perfect and it is very pleasant to have good breakfast in the beautiful courtyard while chatting about the attractions of Kappadokia with guests and locals. It is very much appreciated that dringking water was provided daily in the room.
Sana was a great host, available for any question and with a lot of suggestions and information about the area. The room was big, very comfortable and clean and the location is in Avanos city center, where you have everything at hand by foot. Every attraction in Cappadocia is easily reachable. The breakfast was different every day, complete and tasty. Would repeat and recommend it!
We didn't feel like staying in a hotel. It was more of a home away from home.
Our host NAZ did everything and more than what she could and really took very good care.

If you really want to enjoy Cappadocia, please stay away from the crowded neighborhoods and stay near Avanos.
Breakfast was yummy and awesome. Big spread of breakfast doesn't always satisfy but what's a sumptuous breakfast is the real one.

We loved Sendian Guesthouse and Avanos. It is not in the tourism hustle and bustle but still close and covenient enough to reach. Sana is a great host and gave us heaps of tips to help us have the best time in Cappadocia. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

Super clean, comfortable and in great location in the nice city of Avanos, just 10 minutes walk to the city center (the street upon the house that goes along the cemetery is really nice).
