Location is good, a 5 min walk to the beach, night life, bars and restaurants close by, it's off 2nd road up a little dead end soi so there is no traffic noise or sound from the night life. My room was small but extremely clean.

The owner is very helpful and kind. Very accommodating and considerate. My cat and I really enjoyed being there. It is on Soi Buakhao so very convenient access to nightlife areas, food, markets and there is even a full sized gym just a few blocks away.

Great location, great price, very quiet rooms, spacious as well. This is cheaper than most AirBnBs in the area but with more amenities and independence. Totally recommended for couples or solo tourists.
Mr.Targay is the great host and the property he manages as well. First, two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Every facility works, the apartment clean. When you open the entrance door you find yourself in 140m2 room with the direct view to the pool. To get the pool you have to make 7 steps, literally. Secondly, good or better to say the great location, just right next door to The Central Festival comercial, Night market, the direct passage to the beach.
Fery is a great host. He was always in touch and helped in everything . The apartment is bright and cozy
The gym has enough exercise equipment and space. I was lucky with the neighbors, it was quiet for three weeks. I will be happy to come back again)
