First of all, the location is superb - it's very close to all the major hiking trails and other places of interest (within 15-25 minutes by car). There's also a small shop within walking distance, too.
Second, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The lady at the reception recommended some interesting places to visit around the area (such as restaurants and thermal baths) and even offered various options to save some bucks (such as a card that lets you visit the bath in Poprad for a discounted price).
I was also absolutely satisfied with the room and its cleanliness. The view from the balcony on the first floor looked directly at the Lower Tatras. The room was well equipped with everything I needed before my hikes: there's a small fridge, some utensils and other stuff (fork, knife, spoon, mug, glass cup, plate - but you can ask for extra things at the reception, too), an electric kettle, a sink with sponge and dishwashing liquid. The room was also quite spacious, I've got no issues with the heating either.
I also had the opportunity to try out the private wellness (which costs an extra 15 EUR for 1 hour, but is completely yours during that time). Everything worked perfectly - the sauna was pre-heated, there's an infrasauna and cold shower, a jacuzzi and bathtub, too. Cleanliness all around. There's also a place to shower after you're done, as well as a separate changing room with a locker to leave your belongings at.
Parking was free and in front of the hotel. There's also a charger for electric vehicles.
Since I visited Ceresnovy Sad in the off-season (beginning of October), the restaurant wasn't open during my stay though (I was there during weekdays, but the lady at the reception told me the restaurant would be open from Friday to Sunday).
All in all, a great price to value ratio.

We had a wonderful stay at Pension Sileo. The location is great - off the main road, quiet, close to several hiking trails. The food is very good - they do breakfast and dinner, all is tasty and plenty. Special shout out for the amazing soups we had every evening before the main course. But the best about Pension Sileo is the people - they were all extremly friendly, welcoming and willing to help with every question we might have. Highly recommend!

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, the surroundings are very beautiful and the gardens and little farm are the cherry on the cake.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
We stayed 3 nights in the 2. apartment and had a lot of space for our kids and family. All rooms are cozy and well heated for the cold temperature outside. The beds are big and comfy. Small kitchen but all important utensils available for cooking and eating. Beautiful garden with a playground for the kids ☺️🙏 Parking space available inside the property. Milena (the host) was super friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful. Would come back anything again!!!
Great host with a friendly & welcoming attitude. Family-owned place: clean & tidy, all was good, great value for the money! We went with children, so there was wi-fi, which helped in the day when it did rain. Recommended!!!
The location is perfect for hiking. Our host is a very kind man, he's easy to communicate with although he speaks only in slovak. Everything is fine, I highly recommend!
Everything was great. We got a freshly baked, still warm cherry pie, and coffee. The hosts were nice and friendly. There were some cute cats! I recommend this place!
Quiet family owned villa with private parking. In the room there is a kitchen area with cooking stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans. Also in the bathroom there is a washing machine.
Milena is a lovely host, who thought of everything and recommend lot of activities around the area. The apartman is really comfy, well equipped, and the sauna is a great addition! We enjoyed our stay there (5 adult and a dog), and would visit Milena and the apartman again! :)
This is a welcoming guesthouse at the foot of the beautiful High Tatras. The host is extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. Our room was perfectly clean and well-equipped (cooking facilities, TV, wi-fi, etc.). You can enjoy excellent draught beer and traditional local spirits at the guesthouse's own bar. There's a small shop in the neighbourhood. We spent there only one night but we would love to go back for longer time.
Peace and quiet. Relatively close to the trails that interested us. Several grocery stores nearby. The hosts very nice. Well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. You can feel at home.
