Located at the exit from Liptovski Mikulas this pension is sorrounded by nature. Everything is so nice and quiet.
The location was only opened a few months ago therefore everything is brand new and the rooms are specious and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and everything is very clean.
It seems to me that the internet is working quite well not sure why people are complaining about it, or maybe the problem was fixed in the meantime.
The owner is incredibly nice and friendly.
So if you intend to book an accommodation that is not located in the city center you better go for this one. Moreover, it is also close to the Tatralandia waterpark.

The apartment was two-floor one, with one bedroom, "living room" and bathroom/WC at the bottom, and another bedroom at the higher floor. The house is (or looks like) an old-style built from the communist era, probably considered quite luxury at that time. There is even a small kitchen (very basic equipment, but enough to make some cooking at 10pm when you're back from the mountains and don't have energy to go to a restaurant :)). The staff (probably owner and a help) is quite nice and the breakfast actually exceeded our expectations - it was typical buffet-style one, with some sausages, eggs, cheese and salami, marble cake, yoghurt, marmelade...
The Penzion Ajda can be found on the edge of Liptovsky Mikulas, about 1640 feet from the Liptovska Mara lake. It features wellness area with a Finnish sauna, an infrasauna and a hot tub.

We stayed at Mikulas Guest House a second time. The host is super welcoming. The place has a beatiful garden. Breakfast is always included, if somebody is into Netflix then it's also available. The house is close to the city centre with lots of bars and restaurants.
Great host, great place, close to the city centre but in a quiet location. The room was basic but very clean and had all a person needs. Comfortable beds, nice smell of bedding, Monika is a wonderful host, super welcoming, organised and kind. We were very impressed with how well the place is run. Highly recommended and definitely will come back for a longer stay as Liptovsky Mikulas is beautifully settled and the town is pretty too.

We stayed in one of Mr. Durik’s apartments for a few days while skiing in the area.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We appreciated the fact that they have facilities for storing the skis and drying out the ski boots.
The apartments are close to the ski resort (10-15 minute drive) and in a really quiet and relaxing place.
