Very friendly and helpful staff. Location a bit out of the way which adds to its charm. The building is new, including furnishings. Rooms are spacious, with mountain views. Kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave and cutlery set.
The Penzion Ajda can be found on the edge of Liptovsky Mikulas, about 500 metres from the Liptovska Mara lake. It features wellness area with a Finnish sauna, an infrasauna and a hot tub.

Price basically. Location is also quite good because it's near skiing resort.
Also there was drying rack for skiing boots which is always a plus. We found parking space each time we came back from the mountains.

We stayed at Mikulas Guest House a second time. The host is super welcoming. The place has a beatiful garden. Breakfast is always included, if somebody is into Netflix then it's also available. The house is close to the city centre with lots of bars and restaurants.
Great host, great place, close to the city centre but in a quiet location. The room was basic but very clean and had all a person needs. Comfortable beds, nice smell of bedding, Monika is a wonderful host, super welcoming, organised and kind. We were very impressed with how well the place is run. Highly recommended and definitely will come back for a longer stay as Liptovsky Mikulas is beautifully settled and the town is pretty too.

We stayed in one of Mr. Durik’s apartments for a few days while skiing in the area.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We appreciated the fact that they have facilities for storing the skis and drying out the ski boots.
The apartments are close to the ski resort (10-15 minute drive) and in a really quiet and relaxing place.

Great location in the city center with easy self check in method. The apartment was very clean, it was well equipped and had a big bathroom. The host was super helpful and kind, we received all info on time. 😀
