Hotel is same building with ice hall. In breakfast we watched ice hockey training. Quiet and cosy. Nice waking, cycling and rolling tracks are just from hotel to city centre. New hotel and very clean.
Really easy to get to from the station, central, clean, and as it’s part-hostel, there’s a great communal kitchen available for use with a kettle, microwaves, fridges, freezer and cooker, next to a little dining room, which they kept clean. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. It was very quiet. Comfy beds. I would stay again.
Excellent location, lovely easy walk to the city centre and 2min walk to a supermarket. Comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious apartment. Great kitchen. Excellent communication, host answered all our questions promptly. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed.
If you like quiet and interesting places this is the one to stay in! Nice host, very helpful. We booked both rooms, so kitchen, bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi was for us only (it might be a bit uncomfortable if you share it with strangers). Lots of things for younger kids to explore, playground. Wonderful location in the woods, 10min walk to the lake beach. Blueberries everywhere. Really recommend!
The apartment was beautiful, with all the facilities you need. I also appreciate the equipped kitchen with the possibility to cook your own food. The location is great, the surroundings are quiet, but at the same time everything is within reach. The host also asked if we needed anything.
Terrible service, didn't want to show us the room and force to collect additional payment for sheets. This is a lie and false advertising that this place is not a Boutique Hotel because when we show up it says Carlstadcity Hostal which is not what's been advertised here
The hosts made us so welcome and the apartment is large with everything you could need for a stay . Set in a quiet suburb with a garden the property exceeded our expectations . The kitchen is full sized and fully equipped . Great stay !
