We loved staying here while visiting Ponta Delgada and the rest of Sao Miguel! The villa was very clean and comfortable and we had plenty of space. The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel (no conditioner) and the rain shower was the BEST SHOWER we had of all the places we stayed on five islands! The kitchen had all the things you needed to prepare and cook food and clean the dishes afterwards. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. It is located close to the city of Ponta Delgada but even when we had the windows open it wasn't loud and never disturbed our sleep. The host communicated with us before to find out when we were arriving and met us outside to show us where to park and give us a tour of the area where the villas are. He was very helpful and informative and texted us with restaurant information. We weren't able to meet with Philipe for the pineapple tour but we did get a basket of fresh fruit with a pineapple in our villa and it was delicious!

The property was a great location, about a mile walk to the city center along the water. Instructions to check in were super clear. The property had a great hot tub, was very clean, and was perfect for our stay. Our host was very responsive and provided information about the island and left snacks, water and coffee. Highly recommend Cais 20 restaurant down the street!

The property has everything you need but is basic, but for the low price you're paying that's what you get. Walkable to downtown Furnas and parking is close by. Small room but again for the low price, you get what you pay for!

Great location, perfect cleanliness and wonderful, helpful owners. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. The town is charming and a great base for exploring the island. You will also be happy if you plan a quiet holiday by the beach. 10/Be sure to try the cookies from the confectionery shop downstairs. It is not without reason that they are known all over the island.

The apartament is very spacious and clean. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The parking is easy. The view from master bedroom is stunning. The host/manager was a extremely nice and helpful, she was was ensuring that we had a great stay and w don’t need anything all the time.
The house is in a beautiful and quiet location, there is a garden seating area overlooking the nearby island and the ocean. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of tips on what to visit. He even bought us some local products to welcome us.
This is a truly wonderful place! Lovely hosts, delicious breakfasts, and great location, right by the ocean. I couldn't wait to open the window curtains every morning just to enjoy that gorgeous view right from my bed. The homemade breakfast was great and with that breathtaking views of the sea from the terrace it tasted even better. I'm still dreaming about that warm homemade scones with pineapple jam! I would love to come back one day :)
