Amazing place! A true Madeirian treasure of the north! We loved our stay there. The owners and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is exquisite! Very lovely place. Its quiet and the views over Funchal are beautiful. The towels and linen were neat and clean. Its a detached room with very optimized use of space. There is even a micro and fridge with ample utencils. Coffee and cakes are also provided in the room, that's a very nice touch.

First floor accommodation next to main road but we didn't hear any road noise.
Property was clean and tidy and staff were able to accommodate our request for us to drop our bags early (due to an early flight) and return after property was ready.

Property was two separate 1 bed apartments with an interlocking door which was opened as we had both rooms. One apartment had a nespresso machine which was nice.

The best accommodation we had during our journey in Madeira. The host of Panoramic House is so nice, he will look after everything. We even had dinner with him. If you come to Madeira this is your place to stay.
Our stay at the panoramic house has truly been unforgettable. The location and view of the house was incredible. Aurelia and Alberto are excellent hosts and put a lot of effort into giving a genuine glimpse of Madeiran culture. A very warm nest where you are treated like family!

The hosts Aurelia and Alberto were so friendly and helpfull. It was an amazing stay. We were the first ones to try out their studio/apartment rooms and we were very happy with it. Everything you need.

It’s a perfect place to relax by looking at the sea, enjoying sunsets and a local non-touristy environment. It’s close to good infrastructure and still feels secluded enough to switch off properly.
The hosts are great people and always there for any need. Best recommendation: walk over to the Candela Bar 20 meters from the house and enjoy your espresso in the morning, overlooking the ocean.
The house is easy to find and it offers ample space to park the car. It is simply a 5 minute drive up from the main road. We really enjoyed the view while eating breakfast and dinner and enjoyed the morning sun along with being able to see the sunset. The kitchen is big enough and contains all that is needed to cook. Everything worked very well and the communication with the hosts was perfect.
