This ground floor apartment suited my needs. It is very spacious, modern, very clean, quiet and convenient to the hospital where I was visiting daily. Emma and Mike were exceptionally helpful to me, and welcoming in their beautiful home. It felt like home from home. It’s very close to the centre with shops and cafés and restaurants and a lovely walk by the river nearby.

The staff were very welcoming, kind and accommodating. It felt like being in a friendly home. The room was super clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is clearly very well managed.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Property is in a quiet street away from the tourist strip. Whilst no full time onsite staff, a hostess comes in each day to prepare and cook a substantial breakfast. There can be other guests, however, except at breakfast, you would not know anyone else was around. Property is as its name suggests…a guest house.
Great hostel, good facilities! The restaurant serves very good food, and the staff is very friendly. It was really quiet at the hostel (I was the only one), but they can't do anything about that. Probably will become more busy a bit later in the season.
What a wonderful place to stay. Really enjoyed it. Great amenities, great host and great location. Bed was very comfortable and the washing machine was an added bonus.

Great location right in front of the beach. Both Frederica and Joao were great hosts and very helpful. They organized our transport to and from Faro airport and even though we had a late arrival, Joao greeted us on our arrival to show us around.
