It's an old buliding renovated beautifully. The room is spacious, bright and very clean. They clean the room daily. It's located in city center with lots of parking spaces near by and downstaires it has a coffee shop where you also can have a brunch.

A property oozing old-world charm with parquet floors and neat decor. We really liked the whole place. We spent 1 night in a room and the second night in a suite. The suite was wonderful and spacious. The bathrooms were lovely as well. We had a balcony facing up to Campo de São Francisco square on both occasions. It was a lovely, quiet area away from the touristy centre. The city centre was just a short walk from here.
The staff were warm & super friendly. They were always available to help you. The breakfast was really good. The food was warm and quickly replenished.
There was sufficient parking right outside the property. It is paid parking but if you were travelling like us you wouldn't spend much on parking as you will be mostly away touring the island and need only park the vehicle in the evening and from 7 or 8pm onwards parking was free until the following morning.

I recently stayed at a newly built hotel in Ponta Delgada for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The modern design and fresh ambiance were immediately noticeable. We used the convenient self-check-in option, which was quick and easy.
Despite our early morning checkout, the hotel kindly prepared a special breakfast for us, showcasing their excellent service. The hotel featured a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and an inviting pool area, though we didn't have time to use the pool.

So unique! A little oasis right in the middle of Ponta Delgada. The space was nice and the pool was an extra bonus ! Breakfast was continental but plenty of delicious food. Setting was beautiful!

Daniel, our host, was amazing from before our stay til after our stay. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We each had our own bedroom and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We also enjoyed the common spaces, living room, dining room and the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor terrace was great to relax in the late afternoon/ evenings after a day of sightseeing. Check in and check out was very easy and Daniel was so accommodating to our requests. The house was a great location and we were able to walk to town and restaurants. We would definitely come back to stay at this property.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. Great base for exploring Sete Cidades and The coastline. The village is very quiet but there is a cafe, pizzaria and small supermarket within walking distance. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to questions. Very kind of them to provide bread, jam, tea and coffee. Great stay!

Lovely house with plenty of space, facilities and outdoor space. Great location for us - close to Sete Cidades and other hikes, the capital Ponta Delgada, and other points of interest like the natural thermal pools at Termas da Ferraria. Ginetes itself has some points of interest like the old ruined windmills. There are very nice restaurants within walking distance including Restaurante III Arcos and 'O Sole Mio pizza. The host was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
The guest house is amazing. They have everything you need. Free coffee, everything in the kitchen, so you can cook. The room is nice and has own bathroom. a supermarket is very close to the guesthouse as well as bus station. it’s even better than a hotel! I enjoyed the stay!
