Beautiful renovated house, full of history! Related to the Botanical garden of Ponta Delgada, which is right next door.
The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We spent New years and the views to the bay and fireworks was unbeatable!

I usually don’t write reviews but I can’t resist this time. This place went way beyond our expectations.
This house is darling! The house itself is both historic and fascinating - an oasis in the city centre. The rooms are comfy and modern.
The breakfast was very good. And the hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Very well equipped and clean apartment with everything necessary for staying (including a garden with a table as well as a terrace). Unfortunately we haven't seen our host, Antonio, who was at the same time very responsive by whatsapp with everything we needed. There are a couple of restaurants nearby as well as a little shop. The thermal natural pool of Ferraria is 7 minutes away by car. And of course the wonderful region of Sete Cidades with plenty of viewpoints and hiking trails is nearby.
A large and cozy house located close to the natural sea pool of Ponta da Ferraria. The house has everything you need. Comfortable beds. The hosts are always in touch.
Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. Great base for exploring Sete Cidades and The coastline. The village is very quiet but there is a cafe, pizzaria and small supermarket within walking distance. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to questions. Very kind of them to provide bread, jam, tea and coffee. Great stay!
The guesthouse is very charming. It is decorated with great attention to detail. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Don't miss out on the breakfast, it is delicious :) The location is fantastic, nearby the ocean and close to the lakes of sete cidades.

The property and setting was breathtaking, beautifully designed and so peaceful. Great location to explore from and easy driving into town. Amazing pools and saunas. Lovely house with plenty of space, facilities and outdoor space. Great location for us - close to Sete Cidades and other hikes, the capital Ponta Delgada, and other points of interest like the natural thermal pools at Termas da Ferraria. Ginetes itself has some points of interest like the old ruined windmills. There are very nice restaurants within walking distance including Restaurante III Arcos and 'O Sole Mio pizza. The host was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
The guest house is amazing. They have everything you need. Free coffee, everything in the kitchen, so you can cook. The room is nice and has own bathroom. a supermarket is very close to the guesthouse as well as bus station. it’s even better than a hotel! I enjoyed the stay!
