The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for three adults. The windows/shutters were gorgeous! The manager/staff were polite and helpful. We traveled in January, so we didn’t make use of the outdoor amenities, but would love to return in the future.

What a gem! We were nicely surprised. All facilities that you could need. A comfortable bed. Spacious,nice host, cosy... the host was very friendly, she accommodated all our needs, and even prepared breakfast for us in advance as we left very early. Hopefully one day we will come back. Obrigado.

This was a beautiful, charming small hotel with a very welcoming proprietor. I would go to this town again just to stay here.

A quiet and fresh oasi during the tour of Alentejo's hinterland. Hosts have been super kind and, when I left there my documents by accident, they send them to me without demanding anything in return. We loved staying here. Rui is a most engaging and charming host. He even made a dinner reservation for us and told the restaurant what we wanted to eat. The house is delightful, full of interesting works of art and objects. It even has a small pool. So much nicer staying here than in a modern hotel box-like bedroom
