We had such a wonderful weekend!
The property is brand new, very elegant and functional. The common kitchen space is very convenient, and the living room is so soothing. With a party of three, our room was surprisingly cosy as it was larger than expected, probably due to its beautiful decoration - we felt as if sleeping in a greenhouse!
We almost dared to step into the pool, but will definitely do it on our next visit!!

A high quality souterrain flat with lots of space, great bed, great appliances. Host was very nice and helpful. The area is a quiet neighborhood yet you can walk everywhere in 5 minutes.
The little guest house was really close to a beautiful beach, 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. The hosts, Cristina and Luis, were very friendly, client oriented and always ready to help us ( in spite language barrier lol). A very clean place, new and cosy, perfect for a holiday on the beach. Quite close to Porto also if one needed a pied-a-terre far from the hustle of a big city. Beds comfortable, linen and towels plenty and spotless. Kitchen with the basics provided. All in all a very nice place to stay!
A warm, beautifully decorated & furnished guest house with a wonderful, efficient, professional & helpful host, Fernando. Enjoyed my stay so much I decided to extend my stay & explore more. Breakfast was amazing & accommodates for different diets. Would highly recommend. Attention to detail👍☺️
Botica’s location in Espinho is perfect: right on the city center, just a short walk from the train station, the beach and various restaurants. Our room was spacious, very well equipped and perfectly clean.
Elizabeth is a great host: she is welcoming, joked around with our little son and even made it possible for us the check on really early (without any extra costs).
We had a great time in Botica and would definitely come back if we returned to the area.
