Family run Hotel just a short walk from the beach/town centre.We where in Room 10,second floor at the rear looking over the town towards the mountains.The owner was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Hotel in all areas was spotlessly clean.Bed was firm and very comfortable.We would definitely look at staying here again.

The hostel is incredible! I went there for almost a week and it was perfect! It was really close to the old city center and close to really good places to eat. The room was super clean and the facilities too, they clean the whole house everyday and they have everything you need. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is no problem with noises around the house. You will sleep very comfortably. The staff is really helpful and very kind. I would definitely come back here.

Great location for the beach, food and the supermarket. It's also easy to catch a bus into Funchal, just watch out for the timing and route of return buses. The apartment feels very big and is nice and airy with the windows open. Other reviews mentioned dogs barking - this does happen but it's infrequent and it only seemed to happen during the daytime. Sound does travel from other apartments but again goes quiet at night. Check in was very easy, I had a very pleasant stay here!
Everything was alright, Rosabel is very kind and welcoming host, she came to give us the keys despite it was quite late.
Apartment is spacious and you can feel like home. View is nice, Area quiet. Getting in the parking can be a challange for people which don't like steep driveways and starting from the handbrake.
Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this apartment with its great location. Well equipped, very friendly and helpful host and perfect view from the balcony. Very close to the airport, bus stop to Funchal in front of the building. Close to the beach. Couldn't be better!
From getting there to saying goodbye was exceptional. Host greeted us with a glass of beer, took with their own car to main spots so we can get acquainted with the town. Sometimes it felt we are paying too little for the value we get :)
Great Apartment, Great Garage. Friendly Host and always reachable. Great location, quite with best view. We really enjoyed the stay and the appartment, you can easily live there with 6 people.
