Great location - central yet quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Communication with the hosts was good, as there were unexpected situations (e.g. the power went out in the house) that needed to be resolved quickly.
Great hostel located very close to the city center. The rooms had a good size and were clean. Everything was as in the description. Breakfast was ok for the price although there was not a lot to choose from.

Very spacious, modern and comfortable apartment with nice features such as a washer/dryer. It's position on the second floor and in the back of the building meant that it was very quiet. We appreciated the prompt, friendly communication with the hosts. The apartment is on a pedestrian street (like much of the city center), and it was easy to get around on foot. The hosts have arrangements with several garages (about 2 blocks away) for discounted parking. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay in Braga.

Beds were confortable. Place was quiet, brazilian restaurant below can sometimes be a little noisy, but it closes at midnight, and only reopens at noon so the place is really good to sleep.
A few shops nearby, salt sugar, tea coffe, are provided by the host.
Beautifully restored historic building. Stunning. After traveling 4 weeks, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Clean, extremely comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchenette, beautiful, bright, spacious bathroom, very quiet in a great location. Free washer/dryer. Air conditioner worked great. Our host Sophia was very helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a room for me and my girlfriend, and as my parents were staying in the city they needed to drop their luggages temporarily in our room and use the bathroom, the staff were ok with that plus very understanding.
The pictures of the room didn't look so inviting in the website, but once arriving in the hostel the building and our room was very charming with a beautiful view to the city center.
Braga Bells Guesthouse is centrally situated in the historic district. We stayed in the Sao Marco Apts. which were lovely - a charming blend of old (a historic apt.) with new clean fresh modern decor. Apt. is conveniently situated on a lively praca with restaurants and bars nearby; however, as our suite faced out onto an inner courtyard, it was quiet and serene. Our host was gracious and accommodating. Communication, check-in, and check-out were contact-less and easy.
