The manager was friendly, though not professional. I found the room decently clean. Above all, it was cheap accommodation in a pricey locale: Wieliczka.

It is located on a quiet street with a free parking, in the center of Wieliczka, within 5-10 walking minutes to the center and the salt mine. We had a small problem with the heating and the host arrived like 5 minutes after my message to him, and fixed everything, therefore the communication is just perfect. Everything is clean and new in this apartment. Check in process was also very easy. We had everything we needed, although the apartment is tiny. I would stay there again.
Breakfast was excellent with flexibility. The host was very responsive to our needs. The room was spacious and quiet. It was convenient for salt mine as well as shops and restaurants as well as a convenient fast train to Krakow.
The hotel is only a few hundred meters to the Salt Mine and city centre yet the location is very quiet. Also there is a train station you can get a very cheap train to Cracow and get there in 20 min.
The staff is very polite and helpful. The use the pool, spa is included in the price of rooms. You can book additional treatments. On the plus side you have a restaurant working until 10 pm and a separate bar/cafe until 11 pm.
The owner was super helpful and very obliging. Nothing was too much trouble and any requests I had he attended to promptly. Have lots of great information 👍 I would recommend this apartment as it was comfortable clean with a great host.
Family of five. We loved the location, very close to Old Town, 15/20mins by car or taxi. Taxi 15e so very cheap. Quiet area, Lidl two mins walk. The apartment was very quiet and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Decor was beautiful. The garden very well maintained. Excellent wifi
