I really loved this property, the staff and location were amazing. There’s a great restaurant on site which overlooks the private beach as well as other places to eat nearby. The dormitory was very comfortable and not too hot at night. The beach was good and you have free access to kayaks, great sunset spot too!

Out of our entire trip which included several stays in Tahiti and Moorea, this one was by far the most special. We had a lagoon facing bungalow which meant we could leave our sliding door open at night to hear the ocean and feel a breeze. The mosquito net provided worked wonders, and added to a restful sleep. We knew facilities were limited and are avid campers so had basic crockery, utensils and a hydroboil (portable mini gas stove) which we used to make coffee and cook some meals. The fridge and freezer provided enabled us to shop once and keep everything we needed cold and fresh. The snorkling off the property was spectacular and probably our preferred amongst the other adjacent beaches. The outdoor shower was great too! We saw dolphins, sharks, a stingray and heaps of fish from our little deck while drinking coffee in the mornings and enjoyed even the rainy days in the calm, reading books and staring at the landscape.

My daughter stayed with host Murielle for three nights and four days and her hospitality was truly exceptional! She experienced the real Moorea & French Polynesian culture of kindness, care and hospitality from Murielle and other local people. Staying at Fare Mihimana was a pleasure, being able to rest and relax in a beautifully furnished guestroom with everything you need, and it was nestled in a tropical garden paradise. Murielle gave some fruits growing in her garden to eat in a fruit bowl on the dining table. Fare Mihimana is located within a short walking distance of the ferry dock at Vai'are which is so handy with lots of services, shops, supermarket, eateries close by. Murielle gave great tips on visiting local spots and helped organise taxi and recommended excursions and things to do on Moorea. My daughter will never forget her wonderful stay at Fare Mihimana. Was a nice cool room, didn’t hold the heat. Large big comfortable bed. There were kayaks we could use which was awesome as we kayaked to the bay of reef sharks and coconut beach. Great location

Highly recommend this cosy guesthouse, felt like a home away from home. Everything was great, very clean and well equipped. Nice meeting and chatting to the other guests there. Very close to the whale departure meeting point.

Pension Motu Iti was ideal for a getaway for my husband and myself. We loved being able to snorkel and swim right off out front. We had an oceanfront cabina. We loved the views, the sunsets and sunrise, the small fridge, the fan and the clothesline to dry our clothes. The bed was comfortable. There was a bug net but we did not need it.
My stay at the Fare Om was lovely.
The staff was kind, everything was clean and I appreciated to experience the authentic and chill polynesian style.
Maud is a very kind host, she offered me a drive when I needed and she remembered for small staff even how I'm drinking my coffee:)

Nice hostel, calm place under trees. I rented a bicycle for a half day at the hostel. Spend only a day (due to my trip plan), but I would live here for few days more.
