the space had such a lovely home-y vibe. i met some nice folks there but it was still quiet and relaxing to stay there. carmen was super nice and allowed me to store some bags there the day when i was coming back through town to fly out and the staff on-site were so kind!

Great location between Barranco and Miraflores. Friendly host with some helpful recs. Solid breakfast. Nice rooftop area for relaxing. I had the entire bunk bed room to myself.

The hostel has a lot of character and it's in a great location in Barranco. My room was huge too and was a treat for my last 2 nights in Peru. Good bar area and free walking tours also leave from the hostel. I would definitely recommend. Trying to decide on a hostel in Lima felt like a minefield, but you won't be disappointed staying here. Lots of lovely streets to walk around and cafés etc. Ubers are really cheap to Miraflores too.

Its a beautiful boutique property with a dorm room which had a beautiful large window to sit by and enjoy the sun. It is in a quieter part of miraflores. Not your typical backpacker hostel, more like a B&B. Great breakfast!

The room/apartment was very nice and clean and fresh with cooking area and lounge/diner separate from bedroom. The bed was very large and comfortable and the room was very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very cheap for a week stay
This was our third stay at the Lighthouse and every bit as good as our previous visits: comfy beds, hot water, super breakfast and great hosts. It’s in a great location, super safe, a short stroll to the promenade and very convenient for the shops and restaurants of Miraflores.
Exceptional, friendly host that truly cared about the service they provide to each of their guests, even spending time to chat with us at length while we waited for our taxi. Great location to restaurants, cat park and local attractions. Quiet neighborhood with 24-hr door service and security. Comfy and clean rooms perfect for a good night's sleep. We plan to stay here again on our return to Peru. Thank you!
The staff were so kind and Helpful, especially Ingrid (hope I have correct name), she was charming and went out of her way to be helpful. She is a great asset to your hotel. The bathroom had been updated and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. The room was clean and light and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and homemade yogurt as well as freshly cooked eggs. It was very reasonable on a quiet street. I highly recommend the Belma Boutique Bed and Breakfast.
