The owner and her daughter are amazing! so friendly, kind and will bend over backwards to help!! It was such a delight chatting with them ! They helped us to arrange some things Including a private taxi to Ollayantambo for much cheaper than we were quoted ! Also the balcony is the best and the breakfast is perfect too!

The room was very clean and we had the window to the courtyard so there was no street noise, just a beautiful view of the city. We were able to leave our luggage in the Hostel for several days while we hiked the Salkantay trail. The host was kind and immediately solved any problem we had. There is a laundromat right next to the Hostal, as well as small local stores, pharmacies and (vegetarian) restaurants. It's not far from the city centre. The collectivo stops to Mollepata and Ollyntaytambo are within walking distance.

Staff was extremely friendly, the man came from his bed to show how to open the front gate. He did this with a smile on his face, exceptional hospitality. No question seemed too much. We could also store our luggage during the day without any issue. Everything was clean and the bed was great with soft complementary towels.

The lady that runs the place is such a great host! The first two nights I had to stay in a room without kitchen but she let me use hers to cook some food. She is super kind, responsive via messages and provides anything you need. After two nights I was moved to an apartment with a kitchen and the place was super comfy, clean and the kitchen had all I needed! this apartment had another room so you share it with someone else in case it’s booked (but most of the time I was there on my own). The location is great; safe, close to the airport and 3km walk from San Pedro Market. There are other shops nearby as well. I defo recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in Cusco. Oh and this place has hot shower !!

The room was spacious, it had a TV and was very quiet at night. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out.

The location is excellent in san Blass where you can visit markets and artesian sites, it’s quiet and peaceful, there is a market around where you can get amazing food for a great price. You get a little dinning room and a kitchen for you to cook and make coffee or tea, Katya is a great host so helpful friendly.
Great location 10 min walk from Plaza de Armas, with lots of cafes and restaurants even closer. Still managed to be quiet at night (our room was set back from the road).

Carlos Guest house is perfect if you need a clean and cheap place to stay in Cusco. It's located in a quiet side street. It's super close to all sightseeing spots. It has a well equipped kitchen to use and hot water in the shower. Carlos is an incredible helpful host! Communication over what's app was perfect. We could store luggage there.
