The property was spotless and had great amenities. The hot tub had a stunning view over the coast line so was a lovely way to relax in the evening. The hosts were lovely and bonus points for their super friendly dog!

We had an exceptional stay in Suite Dreams Tairua. This accommodation exceeded all expectations. Immaculately clean, perfectly located, and an amazing host who went above and beyond. The space was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed and nothing unnecessary. Highlight was parking up next to the brazier and watching the moonrise, and the shooting stars. 10 stars isn't enough - we'd highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Tairua!

We loved everything! The property was scrupulously clean, beautifully furnished and well appointed, with a lovely view over Tairua from the relaxing deck.
Linda is an amazing host and did everything possible to make our stay exceptional, including making welcome muffins to providing a stocked fridge, full of goodies such as delicious homemade jams, juice, bread, butter and milk.
Linda also recommended places to dine - and we followed her advice, having the most wonderful meal at the Tairua Beach Club restaurant and fabulous Thai and Italian food from the Main Street food trucks. It was a thoroughly delightful, relaxing stay.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
This was our 2nd time staying at the lodge. Neville and Kerrie are great hosts. The lodge is neat, tidy. The refreshments in the mini kitchen are layed out thoughtfully.

A beautiful avocado grove with acres to wander through with orchard and vegetable garden. The hosts were very helpful and generous offering breakfast and fresh fruits, wine and beer in fridge on arrival. Private, quiet location just a short drive to town and wonderful harbour and beach of Whangamatā.
A fabulous stay in a lovely destination. Des was a great host and even left snacks and drinks complementary for us to enjoy which was a lovely touch.
The neighbourhood was quiet and only a few minute walk to shops and eateries, the beach a little further but still within 5-10 minutes from the property. Although Des lives above, we never heard him. Thank you and we will be back in the future.
