The location was excellent and the rooms were very clean and tidy. However it is very dated and in need of a renovation, particularly the bathroom, and the kitchen was very basic. Good value though.

This unit was beautifully decorated and presented . We were really impressed with the quality of the decor and furnishings and the setting was private and quiet . While the unit is attached to the main house , it feels like it’s totally detached and private . Just a 5 min walk away you had the Grange shopping centre so able to get dinner or takeaways with a short walk . The local info provided was super helpful and our host was excellent
Very nice property a couple of km outside Warkworth. Rooms are not huge but adequate. Nice grounds, very quiet location and friendly host who provides a good breakfast. Some nice eateries in town, especially Aldo's Italian.
Great location, friendly staff, great bar and restaurant. Room was spacious and comfortable in a quiet area. Easy, convenient parking. Would definitely stay again.
This a beautifully quiet location set in a large garden. The hosts were accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we would definitely return there if we are fortunate enough to make the journey to NZ again. Highly recommended
Host met us and showed us around. Charming historical cottage. Kitchen generously supplied with teas and coffee, milk and a good selection of breakfast items, plus fruit. Very cosy, heaters/electric blanket/hot water bottles. Lovely rural setting for short walks. Everything we needed and a great location not far from Warkworth. Especially liked the friendly host.
