Great value for money. I stayed in the lowest cost room - it was comfortable and had nearly everything I needed and more. The owner, Paulina, is super helpful and goes out of her way to help guests and accommodate their needs. She's a mine of information about the local area. Her breakfasts are excellent - so much choice, healthy and tasty. I don't think I've tasted a better one egg omelette (and I could have had a two egg if I wanted). The location is great - 10-15 min walk into town, close to some lovely parks, walkable to the centre of NZ.

The location was so quiet and peaceful . Bed excellent , cooking facilities great. Very clean and tidy . Shower and toilet room is separate from the main living quarters so a 4/5 meter walk outside is required ,but not a problem and shower etc facilities were very good . Hosts very responsive to any questions 👌.

This was a very spacious apartment, with views of the lovely garden, right outside the wide windows. We barbecued on the patio, sheltered by the upstairs balcony, a lovely sunny spot for breakfast too. Everything in the place was top quality, with everything you could need for a self catering stay. A very comfortable bed, with super linens and fluffy towels. The laundry facilities were very useful on our long trip away. A pair of bikes to use, made such a difference for us. Very friendly owners too, so thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, an easy walk into town and Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology. Lovely quiet, clean, sunny house with all that you need for a comfortable stay. It was very quaint and quiet, with a lot of charm. The hosts were excellent and the place was very clean. We could walk anywhere in town within 15 min. The facilities all worked great and the beds were comfortable. Nice deck in the garden to relax in and enjoy the bird sounds. Beautiful old, historic, and elegant home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peppertree Bed and Breakfast. Carolyn was an excellent host and made us feel very comfortable. She made us a lovely breakfast every morning and was very helpful in making suggestions about restaurants and places of interest etc. The location was in a quiet and pretty suburb, which suited us very well. Parking was easy as there was always plenty of space immediately outside the property.
