Lots of electrical outlets available for charging. Relatively modern and very clean. The comfort of everything provided was beyond expectations for what was shown in the photos. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and even helped us out when we had gas issues with our car.

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The breakfast was lovely. MARY made homemade bread, yogurt and other accoutrements. She had hot breakfast on request if you would like. What we enjoyed most was Ian and MARY giving us excellent suggestions and sweet conversation in the morning of places to go and advice on how to dress up on the mountain which was good advice. overall, it was an excellent stay and we thank both Mary and Ian.

Super clean house, very close to town and the lake. Had everything we needed for our stay in Taupo and Marg was super friendly and communicative with everything! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The place is very cosy and clean! It's very spacious which is perfect for families especially with kids! The host/s are very responsive and easy to talk to. Will definitely re-book this property when we visit Taupo again.
Breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade croissants. Elizabeth and Paul were warm, friendly, helpful hosts and the house was charming, clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to the lake and we were able to park off the street.
Beautiful room and views. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our one night. Host was super friendly and informative, Julie even considered that we were travelling further south and advised us which would be the best route to take given there was a festival in Taupo over the weekend. Very quiet place to stay (although some internal noise from other guests using the bathroom, which did not bother us)
