It was a great stay. Staff was very friendly and the tours (1 day jungle trekking & jungle night tour) were amazing! Room was large, clean and had good airconditioning. Breakfast was very nice and people serving it were kind. On top of the breakfast buffet you could choose fried/ scrambled/ omelet egg and (banana)pancake and they would make it at the spot for you, super nice!

Forget a smiley good morning greeting from the . There is a pick up service from the village to the hotel in a pick truck.Only 4 people can sit inside and if there are more people at the same time, you will have to sit at the back outside. There is no shelter from the rain and wind, and it's painful because it whips your face. Food: Breakfast. Very basic Dinner. Same food every evening, just changed the sauces. Dessert a slice of banana cake cut so thin it was transparent: Rooms are spacious but need more hanging space. You have a couple of hooks on the wall with hangers.

I had a flawless stay! The rooms are very clean and cozy. The host is incredibly helpful with any concerns and was even accommodating when I needed to check out earlier due to nonstop rain. I will definitely return. If you’re visiting Kuala Tahan, I can highly recommend this guesthouse!

The location on the edge of the village was good - it was quiet (except for the cicadas and wildlife). The breakfast and dining area was pleasant with a decking area overlooking the river. The room was good and clean, and the wet room functional. The staff were very helpful and polite and provided a good service. We enjoyed petting the little ginger cat at breakfast which was adorable. I think it's one of, if not the best guest house in Taman Negara.

The hostess is a real treasure and does everything to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. She also arranged great tours in the national park. The room was simple but very clean and equipped with everything you need. The somewhat secluded location is great if you're looking for some peace and quiet and it's not a problem as you can always get a ride into town if you ask. We really enjoyed our stay!

I think if we could put 11/10 we would . We just came back from a not so great experience in taman negara basically involving food poisoning and bad resting in another guest house on the day before. We arrived after breakfast but the guesthouse Still offered to make us some pancakes. They were really nice and helpfull during our entire stay. The room was also clean and tidy, the localisation was perfect .

Luka is a super sympathetic, friendly but above all a very helpful host. He is happy to help you with all kinds of information and responds quickly to messages. The homestay is just like in the photos. It is neat and everything is there, including a small refrigerator in the room. Air conditioning works fine but is a little bit noisy so we used the fan instead at night. More than enough delicious breakfast! A quiet location and a good base to discover Taman N. Thank you Luka for your cordiality🌸

Jason was a great host, he was always around to answer questions and helped to arrange tours of the national park and onward travel. The hostel is in a great location, with amazing views of the river and the national park. The dorm was spacious, the showers were clean with hot water and there was a really nice outdoor area for socialising.

Lovely guesthouse on the edge of the village (the village is tiny so still close to everything). Cute handpainted walls, friendly staff. This is best suited to people who are after a quiet stay, as opposed to some of the livelier hostels.
