This place is really special, and beautiful, the people who run the place and living there, the energy - like a small community. came in a day that was cacao ceremony and they all welcomed me to join and it was so much fun to sing around the fire. Also came with my leg injured and the really helped me and took care of me. The place is close to the centre but still far enough to be quiet and chill.

Really loved my stay at Casa Arcos! Great room, great property and really nice people. I was visiting in Tepotzlán for a few nights and could not have picked a better place. Definitely staff. They’re friendly and attentive. From check in to check out, they offered little but nice extra perks. We arrived late at night and the guard in charge made sure we made it safely to the room upstairs, and that our car was parked in a safe spot.

Bere is a delightful, helpful and friendly host who gave us lots of great information about what to see and do, how to get to places and where to eat and listen to music. The place is rustic and simply furnished but always spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace at sundown to watch the mountains turn pink.
Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Outside of town but easy to find with the hosts instructions. Ruth was very hospitable, very welcoming and gave me great recommendations for things to in the surrounding areas.

Nice rooms, great view from the roof! Pool is quite small but we were alone in the hotel when we stayed. People working in the hotel were very nice! Great location right in the city centre.
Beautiful little spot a little out of Tepotzlan main town that's perfect if you want some peace and quiet. Jonatan was an amazing host and went out of his way to help me settle in. The kitchen is a little under stocked for cooking, but you can make do. The shower is lovely and hot and there's plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. The garden space outside is very lovely too. Would highly recommend!
