Abu and Ali are very attentive, structured, serious people and run a tight ship. As a result, the place is very clean and quiet and well-cared for. They communicated the rules and their expectations at the beginning. Ali gave a tour of the island when I arrived and loaned me snorkeling fins for free. The included breakfast was really good, and my room was very, very comfortable. The wifi worked quite well. Ali also proactively gave me all of the information I needed for the public ferry, helped me get my things to the dock when leaving, and followed up later to make sure I had arrived safely at my destination.

Great communication and organisation of the arrival by the staff. We received all the required information about the boat, found it easily in the airport and were met by the staff upon arrival on Feridhoo.
The hotel is clean and cosy - great place to unwind and relax. The interior is neat and simple. There is an open air bathroom.

Transfer: Despite a slight delay, we connected with the hotel representative and reached the island within 1.5h by speedboat. The guesthouse owner, Shuhad, welcomed us with a drink and provided a thorough overview of our stay and a great island excursion.
- Friendly Hosts: Shuhad and his brother Junaid (runs the restaurant) provided attentive service, showcasing their education, experience and very good English.
- Accommodation Quality: Rooms are basic but equipped with essentials. The hosts were responsive to our needs, quickly addressing issues like air conditioning and providing extra blankets and adapters. Daily cleaning was efficient, and water was always available.
- Dining: We chose a breakfast and dinner plan. Breakfast was simple with only two options. Dinner offered a varied menu that even improved during our stay. The guesthouse lobby provided tea and coffee at any time.
- Beach Accessibility: Bikini Beach is an eight-minute walk away, featuring a long stretch of sand with loungers available, especially during the off-season.
- Reef and Marine Life: The house reef is mostly alive, with fish, rays, and turtles, making it an interesting and diverse spot. Although not the best reef we've seen, it's still worth exploring, especially since we spotted turtles almost daily.
- Snorkeling Excursion: We enjoyed a well-organized snorkeling tour to three different spots, guided by Junaid. The locations were well-chosen: one with fish and coral gardens, another with beautiful shallow corals, and the third with large schools of fish despite dead corals. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We had an unforgettable week at Guest House AYIRA in the Maldives(Feridhoo). From the moment we arrived until our departure, Amjad and his wife made us feel right at home. Their hospitality is truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
The traditional Maldivian breakfast was a highlight every morning, and we highly recommend trying the grilled fish – it was absolutely delicious! Beyond the incredible food, there are countless activities to enjoy on the island, from snorkeling and fishing to island hopping and cultural experiences. What I liked about our accommodation was its partnership with an amazing tour and scuba diving company, Dive Club Buoyancy. The place was also very affordable, and we got a room upgrade for a small fee and the room was quite spacious.

Shamhooz and Majeed are the best hosts ever, really really nice, helpful, caring and friendly. They always had time to talk to us and we really felt like home. We even heard stories about Maldivian culture. The room was clean and new. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the guest house. All was really good. We fully recommend. Too bad we were in Feridhoo only for three days. Thank you very much!
The guesthouse exceeded our expectations taking into account the price. People managing guesthouse are really nice, did everything they could to make our stay as comfy and pleasant as possible, and we greatly appreciate that. Food was delicious, didn't even need to go anywhere else to eat. The whole guest house is great with a perfect central location on an Island. As soon as you step into the house you can start your holidays. Abdul and Ali will take care of you and all your needs. The house is well equiped and very quiet. The beach is a walking distance, and the Feridhoo Island is perfect for a stay far away from the tourist crowd.
Everything!! It was a perfect stay!! its a beautiful guest house very comfortable and cozy! The attention to detail is fantastic! Amazing breakfast everyday with Micaela’s great cakes!! Micaela and Claudio are super hosts and have created an oasis on this island! we are sad to leave this beautiful place and highly recommend staying here
Great host, was flexible on our requests, delicious and healthy breakfast, quiet, close to the beach, there were options for an air conditioning and ventilation in the room, I personally prefer ventilator at night, and air con during the day.
The property was great and had a good ambience overall. There were two owners, Mikela was lovely and was a great host, hospitable however Claudio was a different story all together. He created a Negative atmosphere, was constantly rude and none of the other guests had good things to say about him. I wouldn’t recommend this property solely based on him.
