A modern guesthouse run by a lovely couple. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. There is a large modern shared kitchen, and the terrasse is very pleasant.
The guesthouse is on an unpaved road which can be muddy. The area can look a bit sketchy but please do not let that stop you; it is a very good location in UB; right next to a beautiful monastery, not far to grocery stores and a local market. Walking distance of all the main sights. We always felt safe (and we were traveling with kids).
The hosts are incredibly sweet. They let us keep the room much later than check-out time and took us to the airport (for a reasonable fee). I highly recommend this guesthouse. You won’t be disappointed!

Four Season arranged a taxi to meet me at 3:30am at the airport and then a staff person met me at the hotel for payment. Excellent price for airport taxis. I used them to return to airport even though I didn't stay there.
Basic facilities but I was able to get a few hours of sleep.

The staff were amazing, great guide! The whole trip was perfect, we did a Gobi Desert trip and they care for all the details, great accommodations and visit in the desert and the real nomad life.

Andi is a super host. Stayed with him the 2nd year now. Awesome base for our motorbike adventure around the country. Andi makes you feel super welcome and right at home. From explaining Mongolian customs to organizing a local SIM Andi has been an integral part of our Mongolian trips. Andi’s Guesthouse is a great hostel with a cool communal area and often different guests on their own journeys there to talk. Highly recommend also the near central location making for great exploring of UB.
It was my second stay in this hostel, and juste like last year I had a perfect time there! Everything is well organised, comfortable, from the breakfeast to the beds! The team there is always ready to help and organize the stay, in the capital or everywhere else in the country, before and during the trip ! The hostel itself is perfectly situated in the city center, in a quiet and safe area with everything you need around! I recommand 100% staying in this guesthouse, and I'm sure myself I will come back next time!

It’s really great location in city center, close to the State Department and to other main activities! Host was very kind and allowed me early check-in/ late check-out. It was very convenient!
Top Tour & Guesthouse was fabulous!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made for you in the morning and was delicious and they had a driving service to the airport (that was really cheap compared to cabs and other options). It was smaller than other hostels I’ve stayed at but that was part of the charm. It was walking distance to many of the coolest sites in UB. The facilities were really clean and comfortable and it was really cheap. I would highly recommend a stay with Top Tours and Guesthouse Mongolia.
Tsolmon is a great host who welcomed us and ensured we could get into our room ahead of time after a long overnight flight. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Tsolmon also catered very well for our vegan friend and bought special foods for his breakfast. Highly recommended and I have already recommended to my friends.
The apartment is very accessible to the city centre and has 2 great shops on either side.
Great, comfortable, quiet hostel with everything you need. Really close to the city center and most famous sights. Hosts are the greatest. Moti and especially Bobby, really helped us with any questions and requests we had. Made our travel, even after living more bright and safe. Huge thanks to them! Will recomend everyone that place!

This hotel is very nice, with fantastic and very quiet rooms. Beds are extremely comfortable and everything is clean. The reception, SPA area and the bar/restaurant at the last floor are vey modern. The location of the hotel is close to the city centre, however it requires a bit of extra walking or a cheap taxi ride to reach the main square of UB.
