Our stay at the riad was absolutely amazing! The place was beautifully maintained, with stunning architecture and a peaceful courtyard that felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of the busy city. The hotel staff went above and beyond—they helped us with pick-up and drop-off services and shared great tips for navigating the Fes Medina. They even guided us through the winding streets, which was super helpful. They run a business and of course try to sell their services (like tours, guides or dine at the restaurant) but you can politely say no they don’t force anything.
Breakfast was good, and the food at the terrace restaurant was great, little expensive. Many cheaper options if you go to main street.
Overall We can’t recommend this gem enough!

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, from the authentic wood work to the mosaic tile. The staff was also lovely and so helpful. and did I mention the breakfast? it was huge and so delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Beautiful Courtyard and very nice roof top. The host is very kind, they came and pick us up from the main street and walked us the to the restaurant the day we got arrived, which is extremely helpful and reassuring as we are just getting to learn about the streets of maze in Fez. We had really great conversations with the host and learnt a lot about the local culture.

Breakfast was incredible and plentiful. when we had an excursion planned for the same time as breakfast start, Mo packed us a to go baggie. Mo is a fantastic host — hailed us taxis, gave us restaurant recs and even gave us approx prices for buying items in the medina!

Mohammed is a very kind host that personally greets everyone as they check into his dar. He will answer your questions if you have them but will not disturb you otherwise. He is also involved in a travel agency and seems very knowledgable about how tours all over Morocco work. He may ask if you are interested when you first check in, but will not push the subject if you are not. I did not, but I was around to see him help many others trying to plan their holiday. His home is a beautiful building with a great location and I enjoyed staying there for a week while I explored Fes.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The property was clean, beautiful and staff were very, very kind.
We arrived at 3am to Fez and the host was kind enough to still pick us up at that late hour. We appreciated it so much. When we arrived he even gave us a bigger room.
Breakfast was great and served with a smile.
We were in a rush to leave and staff ensured breakfast was served and he was waiting as soon as we were finished to take us back to the train station.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to everyone.
Great location just at the border of the Medina, quiet, clean, very cozy and with such an amazing and kind host! Mohammed was just fantastic, providing many nice local recommendations and making sure we enjoy our stay to the max. We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop terrace! Overall, a fabulous stay, can only recommend and would definitely stay again!
Abdul is a great host. He made a tour with us in the evening to show us the old Medina, even though we're quite late. Restaurants is a good one, and we enjoyed dinner here with a nice panoramic view.
Nice and very comfortable Riad, Mohammed is a great host and very accommodating. The location is great, it was possible to drop the car in a nearby parking and walk right in, without having to haul the bags through the Medina, although the Riad is along one street dissecting it
The food was wonderful thanks to the skills of the cook, 'Mama'.
Mohamed, Adnan and Yassin were all absolutely charming and worked very hard to make sure our stay was fantastic.
The place is very quaint, clean and comfortable. Beds were typical Moroccan hard. Water pressure and heat varied by time and floor but that's to be expected. Very good AC.
Great location right next to the gate of the Medina. Ford and shopping is right around the corner. Petit taxis and grand taxis for some trips are easy from the hostel
All was perfect! Since the welcome of the owner, very kind and helpful, to the beautiful, clean and curated room. To mention the breakfast, homemade, complete and full of delicacies: moroccan bread, omelette, olives, jam, honey and fresh fruit. The building is in a super central position, but at the same time in a quiet place aside the main road of the medina. Very recommended!
Lovely and beautiful place to stay. Clean, friendly and polite staff. Great host very helpful with everything. Abdul is a great host. Staying here is just like in a big family. I recommend highly this place. Peaceful location and value for money. We were staying 4 nights and we were very happy with it. Fantastic...
Abdul and Fatima are great hosts! everything was perfect before and during our staying. The riad decorations are stunning it looks like a museum. Abdul organized all our activities including a trip to Chefchaouen, city tour and cooking class. I would definitely recommend to everyone this riad!
