Owner was very nice and personable. She spoke both some English and German well enough that we were able to communicate. You enter the home in a common entry. The room/apt is on the second floor with a separate bathroom shower room, toilet, kitchen space (refrigerator, water pot, microwave as well as some dishes, eating utensils) and a living room with a couch and table/chairs and then the bedroom with a cabinet to hang clothes. The bedroom and living room are joined but each can be locked separately. There is a balcony off the living room. The water pressure was good and the hot water was adequate. No complaints - we had a nice stay. The place was in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street.

It was very close to the bus and train station. Perfect if you are walking or using public transportation. There was also a shared refrigerator and microwave.

The host/staff was very welcoming. Great location - near the biggest tourist spots, but quiet during the nights (nothing troubled our sleep). Nice river view. Very delicious meals at the restaurant.

The owner of the guest house is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a bath with a shower. There was a fridge outside the room for communal use and cups/ glasses for use on the room. Good quality towels were provided. The guest house is in a lovely quiet area within walking distance of the train and bus station.
Excelent location for those into rural quiet environment and outdoor space. Hosts are living in the private house across the yard (easily reachable), but large apple trees ensure privacy. The premises are spacious, easily fits family of 5 with a sofa bed in the living room. Unique experuience for sleeping in a trailer. The previously stated issue with water temperature in the shower has been resolved, it was all fine for us - also hot water available and after setting the right temperature all was OK.
The location was really good. It was in a quiet area of the city centre. Very clean building. Apartment was classy, clean, cosy and super comfy. We loved the big tv screen, the robot that cleaned the floors. Kitchen was super well equipped and there was a lot of different spices, sauces, etc available. We could lit the candles in the evening. Apartment has a nice balcony.

This apartment is located on the second floor of a private house on the outskirts of Sigulda in a quiet area. Since Sigulda is quite small and the traffic is calm, it doesn't take much time to get to the city center. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, the hosts have provided their guests with everything they need. There is even a good coffee machine in the kitchenette to make great coffee.
Really great location very close to the Livonian castle. Great country stile house, wonderful hosts, all very relaxing / full chill out atmosphere. Great to spend some quiet time with the family. Will be coming back for a hike around Siguldas many hiking trails!
