It was among the families property , had a cozy , homey flare. Shehan , and his parents were great hosts and hostesse. Gave honest advice on where to go and what to buy.
Despite not having AC in the room, and not having hot water in the shower and sharing the sanitaires with other rooms the entire place was spotless.
Simple but good breakfast. For strong coffee drinkers ( bring your own instant coffee)!

Large clean rooms with large bathrooms! Nice hot pressure water with a large bar of soap provided. Super friendly and helpful host who can answer any questions about hiking Sri Pada and transport logistics after. So so close to the start of the Sri Pada trail head. Delicious Sri Lankan and western breakfasts. Close to everything you need. Love the cute cat and fishes! I’m glad we stayed in Dalhousie, has a festive vibe because of the pilgrimage.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He took us to a mine for 8000 Lkr without transportation because we had our own Tuktuk. The host tried to answer all of our questions about mining and he was very patient.
The bed was comfortable and in the family room there was a mosquito net over the big bed.
Very good quality-price. Room was spacious and comfortable with AC. The swimming pool is great, and has amazing views. We could use it free of charge. Breakfast was good as well: fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, bread with butter and jam, and coffee/tea. Room was clean.
If you are looking for secluded and peaceful location - that’s your destination. Really beautiful place with tremendous view and sound of mountain river. With touch of style in the yard and attractive interior, lots of design details pleasant to an eye. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful little hideaway with a friendly host. Pool is the main attraction with an awesome view and surrounding garden. Dinner was great, followed by a delicious breakfast.
Great location for tackling the Adams peak from the non touristy side! The staff were very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to get us everything we needed.

The local guide, Sampa, was an absolute legend and offered to show me around Ratnapura even though I hadn’t previously enquired. He is somewhat affiliated with the accommodation, so he just turned up. Helped me navigate the hospital, and fast. (Needed a vaccination). Spending time with him ended up being a highlight of the trip.
The room is perfect, super clean, big, quiet, natural light, fresh air, no mosquitoes. The price quality relationship is outstanding. They cook good breakfast too. The room is a bit outside the city center.
