Crystal Resort was a fantastic stay after completing Stage 17 of the Pekoe Trail. Although it's about 4 km from the trail end, the owner went above and beyond to arrange transport to the hotel and even to the station the next day. The food was absolutely delicious, and the room was excellent for the price. Highly recommend for anyone doing the Pekoe Trail!

The manager Nuwan was exceptional.
It was my partners birthday and we were brought breakfast in bed and the staff were exceptionally kind to us.
Overall this is a very special property but I don't want to shout about it too loud because I don't want to many people to go there and spoil it!

This is a lovely property with an amazing view on the quiet outskirts of Badulla. Hasindu is an extremely cheerful, helpful host, and he is also a great cook! Our host was more than friendly and heldpful. The location is nice and not too far from the city center, the road to there is a little bumpy but. Breakfast was good, dinner is provided from outside if you want and was very tasty:)
